Recurring Invoices

Recurring invoices can be set up once and generated automatically whenever they’re due — ideal for rental charges, maintenance billing or any other regular charge that would otherwise mean re-entering the same invoice every cycle.

Tracking Customers

Customer records can be found quickly through a range of search criteria, and each account can run on an Open Item or Balance Forward basis, switchable at any time. Disputed invoices can be put on hold so the rest of the balance stays collectable, and unlimited free-format notes can be kept against each customer — useful for anything from payment history to delivery preferences.

Managing Overdue Accounts

Payment terms can be set by default and adjusted invoice by invoice, since not every sale carries the same terms. Each invoice’s due date is tracked automatically, and credit limits can be defined as a total figure, by overdue period, or both — so a customer drifting into arrears gets flagged before it becomes a write-off.

Multiple delivery addresses

Up to 999 delivery addresses can be held per customer, each with its own contact details, phone and fax numbers, and even a run and drop number to help plan delivery routes — useful for customers with multiple sites or delivery points.

Sophisticated Discount Options

Discounts can be applied at invoice or statement level, whether as an incentive for early payment or built into a specific line. Quantity discounts and date-limited pricing arrangements can be set for individual customers or customer groups, giving a wide range of ways to structure pricing without manual overrides.

Sales Analysis

Sales data is captured in detail, broken down by customer, inventory or transaction categories you define yourself. Links to tools like Microsoft Excel let you explore profit and sales trends from multiple angles, so you can see exactly where the strengths and the problem areas actually are, rather than guessing from the top-line numbers.

Collect Cash On Time

Direct Debit collection takes the chasing out of getting paid — funds come in automatically, on time, with lower processing and admin costs than manual collection. The result is better cash flow, more control, and fewer awkward conversations about late payment.
